EmailExtractorMax 1.0 Launch

We're excited to introduce EmailExtractorMax — the most powerful email extraction tool built specifically for macOS.

Why We Built EmailExtractorMax

Finding email addresses shouldn't require multiple tools, complex setups, or cloud subscriptions. We wanted to build a single, native macOS application that handles every email extraction scenario — from searching the web to scanning local files to pulling contacts from your email client.

The result is EmailExtractorMax: a fast, powerful, and private email extraction tool that runs entirely on your Mac.

6 Extraction Modes

EmailExtractorMax ships with six distinct ways to find email addresses:

1. Search Engines

Search across Google, DuckDuckGo, Bing, Brave, and Yahoo simultaneously. Our parallel search engine queries all selected engines at once and visits each result page to extract emails in real-time. Google alone offers 30+ country-specific variants for localized results.

2. Web Crawler

Enter any website URL and EmailExtractorMax will crawl it for email addresses. Configure the crawl depth, limit to specific subdirectories, and choose whether to follow external links or stay within the domain.

3. Local Files

Scan PDF, Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), text files, and more. Drag and drop files or entire folders into the app. Multi-threaded processing ensures fast results even with large collections.

4. Mac Mail

Extract email addresses directly from your Apple Mail messages. Choose to scan headers only (From, To, Cc, Bcc), body only, or both. Filter by subject line to focus on specific conversations.

5. Outlook

Scan your Outlook for Mac profiles and process .olm archive files. EmailExtractorMax automatically handles Outlook's unique file format and encoding.

6. Plain Text

The simplest mode: paste any text into the app and instantly extract all email addresses found. No files, no URLs — just paste and go.

Advanced Filtering

Every extraction mode benefits from EmailExtractorMax's filtering system:

  • Email name blacklist — Skip noreply, info, support, and other generic addresses
  • Domain blacklist — Exclude entire domains from results
  • Whitelists — Keep only emails matching specific patterns
  • URL filtering — Skip specific types of pages during web extraction
  • Automatic deduplication — No duplicate emails in your results

Encoded Email Decoding

Many websites obfuscate email addresses to prevent extraction. They replace @ with "at", "[at]", "(at)" and . with "dot", "[dot]", "(dot)" — among many other patterns.

EmailExtractorMax recognizes 50+ obfuscation patterns across 20+ languages. It finds emails that simpler tools miss entirely.

12 Languages

The full interface is available in: English, Russian, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Hindi, Japanese, Arabic, and Chinese. The app automatically matches your macOS system language.

Flexible Export

Export your results as TXT (one email per line) or CSV with customizable delimiters (comma, semicolon, or tab) and selectable columns. Ready for import into any CRM, spreadsheet, or email tool.

Native macOS

EmailExtractorMax is built natively for macOS and runs on both Intel and Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3/M4) Macs. It requires macOS 11 (Big Sur) or later and supports both dark and light themes.
