Export Options

After extracting email addresses, EmailExtractorMax lets you export your results in multiple formats for use with other tools and services.

Export Formats

TXT (Plain Text)

Exports email addresses as a simple list with one email per line. This is the simplest format and works with any text editor or tool.

CSV (Comma-Separated Values)

Exports results as a CSV file with customizable columns. This format is ideal for importing into spreadsheet applications, CRM systems, or email marketing tools.

How to Export

  1. Complete your email extraction (search engine or local file scan)
  2. Click the "Export" button in the toolbar
  3. Choose your desired format (TXT or CSV)
  4. Select the destination folder and filename
  5. Click "Save"

CSV Column Options

When exporting to CSV, you can select which columns to include:

  • Email - The extracted email address
  • Source URL - The page where the email was found
  • Page Title - Title of the source page
  • Search Engine - Which engine found the result
  • Date - When the email was extracted

Clipboard Copy

For quick access, you can also copy emails directly to your clipboard:

  • Select emails in the results table
  • Right-click and choose "Copy" or use Cmd+C
  • Paste into any application

Tips

  • Use CSV for CRM imports - Most CRM systems accept CSV files for contact imports
  • Use TXT for simple lists - When you only need the email addresses without metadata
  • Filter before exporting - Clean up your results using blacklists and deduplication before exporting
