EmailExtractorMax can extract email addresses from search engine results by querying multiple engines simultaneously. This is the most powerful way to discover new email contacts.

Supported Search Engines

EmailExtractorMax supports the following search engines:

  • DuckDuckGo - Privacy-focused search with reliable results
  • Bing - Microsoft's search engine with extensive web coverage
  • Brave - Independent search with its own index
  • Yahoo - Broad search results with wide coverage

You can enable multiple engines at once for parallel searching, which maximizes the number of results.

How It Works

  1. You enter a search query
  2. EmailExtractorMax sends the query to your selected search engines
  3. The app visits each result page from the search results
  4. It scans each page for email addresses using pattern matching
  5. Results are deduplicated and displayed in real-time

Writing Effective Search Queries

Better search queries lead to more relevant results. Here are some tips:

Use Site-Specific Searches

Target specific websites to find emails from particular sources: 

"contact" "email" site:example.com

Use Quotes for Exact Phrases

Wrap phrases in quotes to find exact matches: 

"marketing director" "email address"

Combine Keywords

Use multiple relevant keywords to narrow results: 

"hiring manager" "@gmail.com" software engineer

Search Settings

Number of Pages

Control how many pages of search results to process. More pages means more results but longer extraction time.

Deep Crawling

When enabled, EmailExtractorMax will also visit links found on the search result pages, discovering emails that may not appear on the initial pages.

Delay Between Requests

Set a delay between requests to avoid rate limiting. A moderate delay ensures consistent, reliable results.

Filtering Results

Use filters to keep your results clean:

  • Domain blacklist: Exclude emails from specific domains (e.g., noreply@, info@)
  • Domain whitelist: Only keep emails from specific domains
  • Duplicate removal: Automatically remove duplicate email addresses
